Registered Nurse / Supervisor

Provides assessment and reassessment of clients for personal care services and supervises all Direct Care Provider, NA II, NA 1, and Home Health Aides

Responsible for client care monitoring and communication with other appropriate team members and supervisor(s)
Responsible for following Agency Policy regarding procedures or duties that a Registered Nurse may perform

Education & Qualifications

Current, valid Registered Nurse License with the NC Board of Nursing
Has successfully completed the DMA-approved PCS certification training
Must have a criminal background check performed

Personal Nursing Assistant & Personal Care Assistant

The Nurse Aides will provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living in the home and care client support in a manner that meets or exceeds State, Federal and Agency expectations, under the guidance and supervision of the Registered Nurse to ensure quality and safe delivery of services. All services rendered will be done in accordance with the client Plan of Care orders.
